- An annual HVAC maintenance plan
including 2 filter changes, preventative maintenance on
critical motors and coils, as well as, discount rates
for any repairs and priority scheduling.
- Included within the plan is 1,2 or
3 hours a month to use on maintenance and repair for
your home including light electrical, & light plumbing.
For any specialty services like plumbing, electrical and
heating preferred pricing will apply.
