Client Testimonial:After the initial meeting, my wife met with Clint's design person (Heather Pascua), and they went out and picked out all the tile, countertops, fixtures, etc. Once all components were selected, Clint worked up a final bid with a work schedule in Microsoft Project showing which contractors would be in on what days. After signing the paperwork, Clint had an onsite manager that had the keys to the house, unlocked and locked up every day, and managed the progress. We had several change orders that made small modifications (handled with no issues), and the work proceeded on schedule. The entire project took from before Thanksgiving to mid-January, but we were (and still are) very happy with the results. We have had no issues with the work, except a couple minor electrical issues that were handled quickly (a canned light that stopped working a couple years after the work was completed).

Client Testimonial:I had noticed several weeks ago, an ominous wet spot on the ceiling of my basement laundry room. The spot quickly grew and developed into an intermittent waterfall that occurred whenever the kitchen sink was used. Homeowners insurance covered all damages to the house, but not the repair to the plumbing itself. My agent referred me to CK Rogers. I have had two prior experiences with restoration and remodel companies and was prepared for weeks of scheduling/rescheduled/excuses based repair work. I have never been so impressed with a contractor. From the moment I called him, he answered his phone, made arrangements for testing, contacted subcontractors, and kept me informed with every detail. After coming over to assess the damage he was concerned about the possibility of asbestos in the ceiling and lead in the paint. He tested, and after the results came back positive in the ceiling, arranged for the work that needed to be done by a certified abatement contractor. He routinely showed up to introduce me to the workers/subcontractors that would be working on my home that day. His demeanor was kind, courteous and cooperative. He took the time to explain what the process and procedure would be and was very informed. With this minor disaster happening just before Thanksgiving, I was concerned the holiday would be impacted and my home would smell of paint. Without my voicing my concern, he made arrangements to use a new "environmentally responsible" paint produced by Sherwin Williams that, while it was applied yesterday, I can't smell today. I have to say if I ever have any work done again, this will be the contractor I call. (All this and his wife had delivered a baby the day before my initial contact with him, so he did all this sleep deprived!)
All of the workers showed up on time, were very productive and careful to meet my exact needs. The work was all high-quality. The tile work was EXQUISITE, and done on schedule. The owner, Clint Roger, kept to his quote, even when extra repair work was needed for water damage under the shower. I could not be happier with the results!
Description Of Work:Master bathroom re-do: Demolition, installed porcelain tile floors, shower, bath deck, and wainscoting walls, granite vanity, installed two new sinks, toilet, and all new plumbing fixtures, hardware, and light fixtures, painted wall and ceiling. Also replaced kitchen faucet.
Client Testimonial:Our experience with CK Rogers was great. Clint, the owner, was very professional. He walked us through the entire process from ideas, to designs, to construction. Clint was at our house almost every day. When a new subcontractor would show up, Clint would be sure to be there to introduce the sub to my family. I work varied shifts, and Clint was very respectful of my work hours. As with all new builds and remodels, there are always little hiccups. The nice thing about working with Clint is he is one of the people at the house doing the work. If something didn't look right when it was getting built, Clint was more than happy to explain the reasoning for what he was doing. If something needed changed during the build, he was more than happy to work with us. Clint is a perfectionist. He doesn't want his name associated with junk, and he is willing and able to chastise his subcontractors for sub-par work and make them re-do the work. Our house turned out great. Much better than expected. Remodeling a house is 1000 times more disruptive than building a new one. Clint worked hard to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, and he worked to try and not impede our lives more than necessary. I will recommend Clint to anyone and everyone who asks. He is not the cheapest contractor, but his quality is higher than anyone else around!!! We had pondered moving into a bigger house and selling our existing house, but we love our location. We decided to expand. I am so thankful we did. CK Rogers has been great! Thanks, Clint!
Description Of Work:Family room addition Master bedroom, bath, closet addition Kitchen partial-remodel Dining room relocation Family room relocation.
Client Testimonial:Unbelievably well. Completed on time, within budget. All workers were supervised, friendly, clean. We experienced limited disruption to our family life during the 6 week timeframe and all concerns/issues were resolved courteously and promptly. Change orders were handled within original budget. In addition, I liked that this contractor emphasized 'green' concepts in supplies, re-used existing materials where possible, etc. I wish I could include before and after photos, the contractor's bid was below others for the work and there were no surprises in either cost, workmanship or schedule. The end results far surpassed our expectations.
